OMF- Bird Rides

Yup.  Cathie has to periodically revisit the feasibility of OMF expenses in light of their projections.  At OASIS, of course, we have a kinda-sorta-good idea of our likely renewal rate for members, and
on new member acquisition,  at least some good guesses based on years of data.
So writing a budget based on an income projection isn't a complete work of fiction.  At a younger entity like this, with less track record, not so simple.
