Attached here is the form of OASIS-OODF Master Services Agreement to which I believe we agreed, from my files, though I do not have a signed copy.
This was consistent with Scott's May message to Geoff of OMF enumerating core services, and adapted from a longer (and less well informed) draft.
As I recall we struggled with role overlaps at the time -- initially, Scott had to sign for OASIS as we had no OASIS ED, and Jamie was conflicted out as temporary OMF ED, leaving only one of the three OODF director managers (Chet) able to sign for OODF, which may not have been enough, I think we had to wait until I was no longer an OMF officer (September?) before executing it.
