OMF Salary Increases

Hi Ramses,
Happy New Year!
I hope all is well.  I am preparing the necessary paperwork to reflect the salary increase for OMF employees that was approved in the 2023 OMF Budget.
I wanted to ask you to confirm the amount is 10%.  I also wanted to know if Andrew's increase should be prorated since he was only employed 7 months last year?  Which would be 5.83% instead of 10%.
