Fy2023 Invoice for Compensation for Heather Greer-Klein

Hi Alicia and Carolyn,
I have attached a copy of the invoice for Heather's compensation package for 1/1/2023-12/31/2023 totalling $113,203.
This includes a salary increase of 5%, from $81,000 to $85,050 as approved by the Samvera Board.  Please review and let me know if you have any questions. Once approved, I will have Scott transfer the funds to OASIS.
