Board of Director Minutes for 2022-2023

Hi Andrew,
Hope all is well.  I need to send a copy of the BOD minutes (both public and executive) to the
auditor for any meeting in 2022 and  2023 (in case you had a meeting in Jan).  Can you send them
over to me?
I do not see anything in the shared folder.
