OMF Operations Report Dec 2022 (Draft)

Hi Ramses and Andrew,
Please review the attached Operations Report for December.  Please note the significant amount of outstanding accounts
receivable for municipal members of $181,000.  Please be aware these are in draft until the audit is complete ( usually mid March).
Hopefully all of the $181,000 will be collected in the near future in order to avoid any potential allowance for bad debt  in the financial reports.  Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or want to discuss it any further.
