Roger that! Makes sense.  Then we shouldn t consider ItsElectric a member yet. I will confirm with them in Sept and if they confirm we will invoice them for membership at that time.
Also, I made a request to you and Scott to have the $50K FaaS fee payment split over two payments but I never got a response, and I noted the last monthly report states the entire amount had been paid. Can you give me an update here?

No, the FaaS fee is due when the member joins.  As a courtesy this year, I have been waiting until we received payment from   the member before transferring the funds.  But with the renewal of the FaaS on 6/25/2023 all prior amounts need to be current  and that includes It's Electric.
