IP Addresses

Looking at section 3.4.2.7 of the language spec it identifies the IP address type Binary /ipv4-addr and references an IP address defined in an RFC. It isn’t clear what that is and it takes some digging to find anything in the RFC. Should
 include an example. If it is as I suspect that it only supports a truly binary field, the option should be given to include the string version.
