Webex Problem 11/2 meeting

IS-SC Members:  the Webex URL in the calendar invite email is somehow associated with a December 6th meeting time.  It appears that it's set up as a recurring 1st Weds meeting, so jumped to the next meeting date.

I'm trying to work out a field expedient solution.
