21-Mar IC-SC meeting - leave of absence

I feel horrible that I made the stink to get the IC-SC to meet - yet due to family commitments I can’t make the date/time chosen for the first meeting. So I’ll do my best to give my input to the meeting apriori in email. To keep threads independent, I’ll do different topics in different emails:
