PR for HTTPS Spec diff view

I've created a new pull request, #66, so that there's an easy way to view the changes in the HTTPS Transfer Specification from CSD03/PRD01 to proposed CSD04/PRD02.

The file diff view can be foundÂhere:ÂÂhttps://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-impl-https/pull/66/files (you'll have to click to display the "large diff").Â

If there are any further changes (e.g., for Section 1 commonality) they will be added to this PR for visibility. I plan to upload a hopefully final Working Draft to OASIS by COBÂtoday.
