Mr. Liu,

I cross checked the attendance records for the last two monthly technical committee meetings (September 20 and October 18) and your attendance was not recorded  .  There is the OASIS rule that if you miss two consecutive then voting rights are suspended and we base the status on the information we glean from the OASIS calendar.

During the monthlies, do you record your attendance?  If you have been recording your attendance (and attended the last two meetings) then I will take an action  to ask OASIS if there is a way they can double check.

I was blocked from voting the document release. I thought I was a voting member, but may have been stripped off the right for some reasons…

Anyway, I’d like to provide my comments below through this informal channel:

There are too many TBSLs. A first draft should at least provide readers a pretty good understanding of the subject area(s) involved or related

A few good examples will help readers understand its application for solving real world problems

I’d suggest take it back, revise, and send for another TC review before going public.

Description
General consensus was reached by the Language subcommittee on these  portions of the Language Specification and the Language Subcommittee  recommends its approval. The balance of the Language Specification (to  include portions marked TBSL and TBD in this version) will be provided in  subsequent Working Drafts.
The OpenC2 Language Specification v1.0 Working Draft 01 and all associated  artifacts are packaged together in oc2ls-v1.0-wd01.zip. The PDF version of  the specification will be designated as authoritative. If a full majority  is reached, then the Chair will be directed to perform and task as required  by TC Admin to facilitate the issuance of a 30 day public review.
