Reminder to take OASIS survey

Some/all of you may have recently received a survey from OASIS. OASIS is doing the survey to judge where resources will be needed in the future. Please fill it out for OpenC2. Personally I think 2019 was a
 banner year with the approval of the 3 specifications. But we should not rest on our laurels - we need specifications for more Actuator Profiles and more transport options.
