Meeting Scheduling Email Flurry

TC Members,

I will be scheduling our next 6-month (Oct-Mar) block of meetings starting today, so this is a quick heads’ up that you’ll be receiving a flurry of emails. As each meeting has to be scheduled in both OASIS Kavi (system of record) and LucidMeetings  (our regular meeting tool), and we have a total of 5 meeting series between 3 working meetings and 2 sessions for the TC monthly meeting, you’ll be receiving a total of 10 calendar emails (assuming I get it all right the first time  J ). Thanks for your patience with the load of “calendar spam”.
