LS PR #404:  Rename Actuator field to Profile (Dave Kemp (DK) presenting)


DK: simple conceptual change, lots of edits

resolve historical confusion between actuator and profile, hence what spec should describe and what commands
  should contain;

this is a breaking change; new LS will be v2.0



DK walked through the changes in the PR (https://github.com/oasis-tcs/openc2-oc2ls/pull/404/files)


have separated definitions of Actuator & AP


Actuator is defined as consumer


AP is defined a document

DaveL will propose language to focus on the function and what's needed for the schema (actions, targets, ...), with the document being secondary


DaveK will add a definition for  Actuator Profile Identifier  to the Glossary


Command syntax name makes this a breaking change


want to make breaking changes sooner than later

Patrick Maroney asked about removal of MUST on lines 869-870


DK: could retain, but is inherent in the way the property tables / schema works, so seem superfluous


Profiles no longer have Specifiers; they were being misused to identify a Consumer


3.3.1.3: points to the registry file in the Architecture Spec repo, but the LS list is normative;
  aligns with Duncan's preference to update the LS to add new profiles when published

LS PR #401:  Remove Properties target


DK: definitely a breaking change, albeit w/o much practical impact; could have postponed w/o
  other breaking changes



LS PR #402:  address RR=None plus Consumer error



LS PR #403:  refine Version data type format


Dave Kemp: will add a syntax to that so it's not just a Usage Requirement, to formalize



LR PR #405:  Explain Use Of External registries


change from mime_type to media_type is also a breaking change
