VCS system inquiry

Thanks for your response. I am very excited by the good 
news part of your email.
 
We can perhaps wait for most of the details, but could you 
please comment on the anticipated timeline for rolling out this new service 
from the OASIS IT group. I think the OpenCSA TCs 
are pretty close to starting the testing related development activities 
(in Nov/Dec time frame I believe). So while we can be a great pen of 
guinea pigs, we would like to know if the OASIS IT is ready for testing with us 
:-)

  Hi Sanjay and Steering Committee Members:
  
  This is one of those bad news/good news messages. As you 
  know, the use of any external resource for TC work must first be approved by 
  the TC Administrator. Unfortunately, SourceForge.net cannot be used for such 
  work because they do not recognize the OASIS license and none of the other 
  provided licenses conform to our IPR Policy. I do have some good news however 
  – our internal IT group will be making available an SVN implementation for use 
  by OASIS Technical Committees. More details will follow over the next few 
  weeks as we get the application server built and configure the 
  environment.
