SDO status update

The SDO TC discussed schedules on today's
call and concluded that all of the participants should review the charter
and the open issues/topic lists and identify what the remaining "must-have"
items are (having published CD-01 as the last action of 2008).  We
will review this list next week and derive an updated schedule projection.

So this does not complete my AI, but
I should be able to complete it next week.
