For the C and C++ TC

All the specs and test artifacts are
complete and approved as Committee Drafts..

There are no known compliant implementations
for either specification and the TC does not know of any planned implementations
at this time.  I have discussed this with Mike Edwards and we concluded
that the appropriate course of action would be to close the TC some time
after the Assembly, Policy and WS Bindings specs reach Committee Specification
status.  The TC has also agreed with this course of action.

Based on this position, there is no
pending work items.
