For the bindings TC:
Web service binding specification and
test suite have CSDs and completed PRs with no outstanding issues/comments
JMS binding specification and test suite
have CSDs and completed PRs with no outstanding issues/comments
JCA and HTTP binding work has been deferred
indefinitely.
The Web Servics and JMS specifications
have one accepted implementation (Tuscany), we need one further implementation
which meets the exit criteria for each specification.
Until the bindings TC receives a submission
for an implementation for the exit criteria there is no business to be
conducted.
