To clarify some apparent confusion that
I've had some calls about:

These are the minutes of the Steering
Committee of the Open CSA member Section. On Friday, the Steering Committee
decided to make their minutes open to all Open CSA Members and hence will
be distributed on the Member Section mailing list (opencsa-ms) as well
as the Steering Committee mailing list (opencsa-sc).

All Members should also be aware that
there are three open seats on the Steering Committee up for election; nominations
close on May 7th; further details are vailable at <http://www.oasis-opencsa.org/steering-committee>.
