New Action Item #0008 Investigate Hosting SCA TC Plena...

Dear Steering Committee Member (and
all Open CSA Member Section members),

With reference the discussion at the
last Steering Committee teleconference:

The recently submitted set of six TC
Charter Proposals call for a face to face plenary session to occur in the
week of September 17th with a dual purpose:

- Education for prospective new TC members
regarding the SCA specification input documents,

- General open education on SCA open
to all.

The Conveners, together with OASIS staff,
are seeking a company with the necessary facilities who would be willing
and able to host. Likely requirements are:

- A conference room able to host ~ 100
personnel,

- Three smaller break out rooms (~ 20-40
personnel) for TC meetings,

- Suitable Reception & Refreshment
facilities.

If there are any volunteer companies,
please respond to this mailing on the <>
