Folks,
I think the proposed agenda has some
problematic clashes.
From a personal level, the clash of
Bindings and Policy is a problem, but I can see other people having
problems with the clash of BPEL and
Java. I am sure that there will be others.
I wonder if we can find an arrangement
where we can reduce the amount of overlapping - and then try to
find which overlaps are going to work.
I can see that C++/ Java can run in parallel and that Bindings /
BPEL
could possibly run in parallel, for
example.
I would also like to question the half
day given over to "all TCs" - what is that going to cover? A
thought
might be to squeeze this "all TCs"
session down to 1 hour and fit it into the 1st day, reducing the education
time a little.

[opencsa-ms] SCA TC Plenary Week
Dear Steering Committee
On today's call, we decided to target the Plenary Week to the more social
3 day period of Tuesday-Thursday. That implies something like the attached
draft schedule to squeeze everything in. Before we limit our host location
options to just 3 days, can you please take a sanity check on the attachment
(or an imagined variation of it) to ensure we're confident that we can
cover what we need in 3 days.
