Unfortunately, I did get "significant
negative feedback"; SAP are unable to participate in the week of September
24th. Therefore, I'm back to hunting other facilities in the week
of September 17th as per original plan. If nothing else arises, we do have
the joint location offer from TIBCO/SAP, but I will keep searching over
the next few days.

[opencsa-ms] SCA Plenary Week Location
& Dates
Dear Open CSA Steering Committee, OASIS Staff, Open CSA Members,
Several of us have been trying to establish a location for the face-face
SCA Plenary Week for the week of September 17th which would include both
open SCA education sessions plus OASIS TC meetings. Almost all of the investigated
facilities are already full or unsuitable.
I have found out that IBM Palisades (<http://ibmpalisades.dolce.com>)
in New York state is available with both fairly large (94 capacity) and
medium (~40 capacity) conference rooms on the days that we require, but
in the week of September 24th, a week later than the original intention
stated in the charters.
I need to confirm a reservation asap if we go with this, so please reply
immediately if the slip of one week causes any angst. If I don't get significant
negative feedback by Monday (6th), I'll confirm this date & communicate
some local hotel information. I have sent a similar note to the OSOA team
who are convening the TCs and who have developed the TC input documents.
