Plenary Week Outline Agenda

Dee,

We
have no Steering Committee meeting tomorrow because of the conflict with one of
the TC inaugural calls. Are the requests for call-ins to the TCs (which need to
await (co-)chair elections), or for the education day (which we originally
decided was in-person only)?

Please put TC phone-in requirements on the agenda
for tomorrow. I am getting requests for the call-in numbers.

Please find attached an outline agenda covering the SCA Plenary Week activities
in Palo Alto on September 18-20th.

A more detailed agenda for day one is under preparation by Mike Edwards of IBM.

Each of the new TC (co-)chairs will be responsible for the agenda for each TC
half-day meeting, of course.

Apologies for the cross-posting if you are a member of multiple SCA TCs.
