RE: [opencsa-ms] SCA Plenary Week Outline Agenda
Hi Kalyan

The current intentions are:

- Phone-in capabilities will be available
for the six TC meetings. I think we need to get through the inaugural calls
this week where the (co-)chairs are elected. After that, I believe the
co-chairs, together with OASIS staff assistance, will advertize the numbers
on each of their mailing lists.

- We considered a recording of the educational
day but concluded that costs would be prohibitive in order to make an effective
job of it. There are no built-in facilities at the location, so a specialist
media company would need to be employed, which was out of reach. As an
alternative, however, we intend to use a modified version of the material
and produce a series of OASIS-arranged webinars covering each of the SCA
specialist areas. As well as being more cost-effective, we did feel that
would serve the audience better as the speaker can concentrate 100% on
a "web" audience, rather than the conference room.

I hope this helps.

Graham,

Considering the number
of people who cannot make it in-person, it will be great if dial-in is
made possible or if the recordings/presentations are made available later.

Thanks,

Graham, Dee,

I'm happy to have dial in for the SCA-Assembly TC session at the F2F.  We
need to check with

Sanjay that the rooms allocated will have suitable phones available.

Yours,  Mike.

Dee,

We have no Steering Committee meeting tomorrow because of the conflict
with one of the TC inaugural calls. Are the requests for call-ins to the
TCs (which need to await (co-)chair elections), or for the education day
(which we originally decided was in-person only)?

Please put TC phone-in requirements on the agenda for tomorrow. I am getting
requests for the call-in numbers.

Please find attached an outline agenda covering the SCA Plenary Week activities
in Palo Alto on September 18-20th.

A more detailed agenda for day one is under preparation by Mike Edwards
of IBM.

Each of the new TC (co-)chairs will be responsible for the agenda for each
TC half-day meeting, of course.

Apologies for the cross-posting if you are a member of multiple SCA TCs.
