From my own experiences of attending
Webinars, I favour only asking attendees the basic questions of who they

are and who they work for.  Anything
else tends to be hassle that puts people off attending.

I have the ability to customize questions
to CSA webinar attendees; I am open to input? I tend to limit information
I gather pre-webinar as most folks don’t like the nuisance but I can send
another email following the webinar. I can include your inquiries after
they attend.
