[oslc-ccm] OSLC CCM TC request to affiliate with the OSLC MS

On behalf of the OSLC CCM TC, and in accordance with the TC's decision made on the call of Feb. 2, 2014 [1], I officially request the affiliation of the OSLC CCM TC with the OSLC Member Section.
