Re: [oslc-ccm] Breaking the OSLC Change Management 3.0 spec into separate documents

This makes sense to me.

I'm fine with removing the old draft,
or just shifting it to be a "cover letter" or separate document
that iterates the 3.0 Change Management capability specs.
