Core And ReSpec update

[07:06] David Honey (IBM): Respec - ongoing conversations with Steve Speicher, OASIS staff. Core agreed that Nick's version will be used for Oasis.

[07:07] David Honey (IBM): Expectation is hosting from Nick's GitHub will continue.

[07:09] David Honey (IBM): Mixture of http & https caused security warnings.

[07:09] David Honey (IBM): Added oslc:range column to tables

[07:16] David Honey (IBM): For published format, core agreed it would be rendered HTML (Respec...save as snapshot).

[07:19] David Honey (IBM): Rendered HTML from FF does display ok in IE 10.

[07:20] David Honey (IBM): Nick: Not aware of other pending issues on Respec.

Configuration Management draft updates

[07:22] David Honey (IBM): TC members should review new Motivation section (from Jim Amsden) at https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oslc-ccm/trunk/specs/config-mgt/config-resources.html

[07:23] David Honey (IBM): New properties added: oslc_config:committer and oslc_config:committed

[07:25] David Honey (IBM): Use case is for CM providers where a baseline can take time to construct. Create time doesn't necessarily indicate when it became a baseline. Modify time can change since some properties of a baseline can updated.

[07:28] David Honey (IBM): Action item for Nick from previous meeting is still outstanding: Nick: Action item to review schedule in light of current progress, respec, these new work products and publish update
