    Proposal: Set oslc:range to oslc_config:ChangeSet because oslc:range is not restrictive. This does not introduce a CM 2.0 compatibility issue.  (was: Leave the range of the change set resource open, since not all systems will represent change sets as configurations using the oslc_config:ChangeSet configuration type.)
