1. Administer the OASIS OSLC Lifecycle Integration Core (OSLC Core) TC project.
2. Click on the edit button to add a user to the TC
3. Start typing characters for a user
4. Defect: no users can be located, its as if no users exist.
A similar problem happens when typing characters into a group, no groups can be found.

This makes it impossible to add members to the TC or change any roles.
