Agenda: Making further progress on the specifications requires a decision
on 2.0 compatibility as this will impact the specifications. https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OSLCCORE-5provides
an overview of the current compatibility gap. The purpose of the meeting
is to determine the compatibility requirements for 2.0 and then start discussing
the implications for each of the Core 3.0 capabilities.
