OSLC3 Discovery uses a Link header with rel="http://open-services.net/ns/core#creationType" to describe what type of resources can be created in an LDPC. 

OSLC2 CreationFactory uses oslc:resourceType. OSLC3 should use the same name as OSLC2 so that the property in the Service and the Link header rel value have the same URI.
