What is the motivating use case? What user, using a client UI would want the Service Provider information? What would they do with the selected Service Providers?
I suppose this would provide a means for end users to provide input into the discovery process required to configure a client in order to meet there needs. Is that the use case you had in mind? Can you provide some details, perhaps on the Wiki?
