The current shapes/*.ttl files define the shapes for OSLC3 before OSLC2 compatibility was addressed. OSLC2 compatibility added a number of classes to the OSLC3 vocabulary including ServiceProviderCatalog, ServicesProvider and Services. We need to create a Discovery-shape.ttl document that contains the shape information in the OSLC2 specification tables. 

Note also that OSLC2 uses the ResourceShapes oslc:representation property which was removed from the OSLC3 shapes. This property will have to be restored and added to all the OSLC3 shapes - perhaps by updating ReSpec to use a default of oslc:Either.
