The Change Management 3.0 specification
is ready for TC review.

The current draft is in SVN at: https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oslc-ccm/trunk/specs/change-mgt/change-mgt.html

Please give this draft an end-to-end review, noting anything that needs
to be addressed before we send this out for Committee Specification Public
Review. Include any discrepancies or inconsistencies with the Core 3.0
draft specification at https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oslc-core/trunk/specs/oslc-core.html.
