A Special Majority Ballot to approve OSLC Core V3.0 CSPRD02 as a Committee Specification has been set up. 

The ballot opens 29 March 2017 at 00:00 UTC and closes 04 April 2017 at 23:59 UTC. You can access the ballot at:
