If I recall correctly, query will be discussed in a sub-committee meeting, which I unfortunately cannot join, due to clashes at suggested times.
So, I instead added written comments to some of the issues you raised. I hope they are clear enough in writing. I also took the liberty to create 1 issue

I have some minor comments, but not sure how to best communicate them. They are not worth raising as issues, so I might send them as comments on a pdf document
later on.
I have been looking into query capability recently, so the timing seems just right to look into this part.

I've finished editorial work for the first draft of the OSLC Query spec (copied from
https://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OSLCCoreSpecQuery) and committed the change to SVN.
The document is available to review at

It contains references to OSLC Core issues that I have raised in the Issue Tracker.
I'd like to start discussion on this in the OSLC Core TC meeting on 26th October.
I'm out most of next week, but feel free to add comments to the referenced OSLC Core issues.
