With this change, ReSpec should be generating OASIS publish ready HTML documents.

The <a> created for this, previous and latest version should be followed by <b> and another <a> for the same URL but ending in .pdf.

This is straightforward for this and latest version, but is a bit more complicated for previous version which might be N/A if there is no previous version.
