[OASIS Issue Tracker] (OSLCCORE-123) Query spec does not describe what properties are returned if oslc.select is not specified

David Honey updated OSLCCORE-123:
---------------------------------

Proposal: Update the spec to say that an implementation MAY return a set of defailt properties, and that it SHOULD NOT include all properties. (was: Leave the normative part of the spec as is. We might want to include non-normative text describing that an implementation may return a set of defailt properties.)

> The spec does not define what properties, if any, of the member resources are returned when oslc.select is not specified. I have seen some implementations return no properties, some return all properties, and some return some [unspecified] subset of properties.
