Issue 121 - discuss and vote this Thursday

As a reminder, the Core TC will discuss
and vote on Configuration Management issue
121 this coming Thursday. Since
I have committed a few other changes since then, I include here amended
instructions on running a compare operation to show just the changes for
that issue:

Summary of the changes:
A number of terms are removed from the
vocabulary. One debate is whether or not we should just deprecate the unused
terms, but in this case I do not believe there was any adoption of the
terms - they were never published in a vocabulary at open-services.net,
nor in any published specification.
The ConfigurationMatches and ConfigurationMatch
shapes are removed from the shapes.
The description of the version
resolution procedure in config-resources.html
is rewritten.
