Add a new section, 4.7.3 Predefined Prefixes
Added missing ResponseInfo class needed for paging
Updated RDF serialization format to say servers MUST provide RDF resource representations, but more relaxed about that they are.
Change acc to oslc_acc in predefined prefixes, and in all the vocab and shape files.
Added oslc:queryable property and shape to common properties
Updated language in core overview for Query Capability and made it normative
Fixed examples that used private urn-<n> in the URLs
Added IPR policy section
