OSLC Query 3.0 specifications

Dear OSLC Core member,

The draft OSLC Query 3.0 specification
has now been updated to reflect a round of discussions and comments, and
include conformance clauses. Could TC members review the specification
at https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oslc-core/trunk/specs/oslc-query.html
before the next OSLC Core meeting on Thursday 27th September in preparation
of a vote to take the specification to a public review.
