Migration to GitHub

If any of you have SVN resource checked
out, you may want to check them in before we migrate to GitHub to ensure
your changes aren't lost. If you don't get them checked in, then you can
synchronize with SVN to see what the changes are, clone the new https://github.com/oasis-tcs/oslc-core/repo, then move your changes to your local git folder and commit/push.
