Discussion place during/after an OP move

Hello,

I think that these read-only mailing lists are quite hard for the future OP contributors to keep track of, so I created a forum category on the OSLC community forum: https://forum.open-services.net/c/oslc-op and will encourage people to subscribe to the new posts in that category.

We can use it either for the discussions until the PGB is set up and just post a notification there once an OP is up and running or to keep using it afterwards.

Thoughts?
