Repository layout change WARNING

Hello,

 

We have been discussing the change of the repository layout. I am ready to begin the changes tonight according to the suggestion from Jim, but I need to make sure that none of you have uncommitted
 changes or unpushed branches.

 

If you have, 
please push them today so that we can avoid merge conflicts later (not necessarily unsolvable but I would rather do something else than help resolve those). If you have changes in the not yet finished state, please push them nevertheless and simply file
 an issue with a one-liner description that something needs to be fixed later.
