I think we need to consider about not only implementation difficuly (or tediousness), but also user convinience. I think we can start with following questions.
1. When we have a link denotes "A -> B", can we not only query "A -> *" but also " * -> B"?
2. Should we discuss its nececity for each of bi-directional links?
