absent to next TC meeting

Dear all,

I have a business trip to China for a week. Due to network issues, I will
try but I might not able to access to my Email. In addition, I cannot attend
next TC meeting due to the flight back.
Sorry for inconvenience, I hope everyone can make a review of descriptions
added for attributes in shape documents. The documents are under version
control, I think it wouldn't be problem to have direct modifications.
