1. Update on CSD and Public Review request
Kamimura submitted a request for public review on June 24th. The OASIS TC Admin Office has assigned Paul Knight to the request. The request includes another request to publish our Use Case document which is considered as TC Note. There are a number of editorial items that need to be performed to move on. Paul is working on them right now. Its status is available at  https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-4021 .
2. Discussion on new formation
We have been discussing new formation of our TC after November of this year. PROMCODE project at Nanzan University terminates in November. For this end, we talked with some goverment organization. An outlook in this direction does not look good at this stage. A number of other possibilities were discussed such as talking to some univerity, solicitng Hitachi for participation, and adding more members to TC. It was agreed to pursue all the possiblities in paralell.
Actions
Yoshida-san will contact Hitachi by following up Kamimura's e-mail to them.
Yabuta-san will contact Nakamura-san of Fujitsu regarding the students' implementation of PROMCODE model at Nanzan University. He will also pursue a possiblity with some university for support.
Wakao-san and Matsumoto-san will pursue the possibility of adding new menmbers to TC from IBM and NEC, respectively.
