                Please note that Kobayashi-san of NEC has been added as an eligible voter. In order to pass, 6 yes votes will be required and no more than 2 may vote no. 
                

                        
Description

        This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [2]. The TC roster currently lists 7 voting members. In order to pass, at least 5 members (2/3 x 7) have to vote Yes and no more than 1 member (1/4 x 7) may vote No.
